Free Internet Advertising Content Policy.

Free Internet Advertising provides a free service whereby people may advertise or promote any legal product, service or entity via their own free advertising page on our website. As the author and owner of a page, you have an obligation to ensure that anything you write or any images or video your publish on your page, is not designed to, or will easily offend visitors.

Free Internet Advertising is viewed by all ages, all genders and all ethnicities from around the world. As such we have in-place some simple rules of thumb for you to follow to ensure basic common sense is key.

Unacceptable Content includes:

PORNOGRAPHY AND OBSCENITY:

Pornography and Obscenity: Any content, hyperlinks, image and video that contains nudity, sexually graphic material or material that is otherwise deemed explicit by us, may not be published on your page. This includes but is not limited to Commercial Pornography that exists for the primary purpose of monetising porn content or driving traffic to a monetised pornography websites.

Child Pornography:

We are totally against child pornography and we will without question terminate and file a report to the appropriate authorities any user who publishes, distributes or links to child pornography.

Paedophilia:

Incest and Bestiality: You may not publish any content, hyperlinks, image and video that promotes or otherwise condones such inappropriate acts as paedophilia, incest and bestiality on their free page.

Copyright Material:

As explained within our Terms of Service and DMCA agreement we will respond promptly to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement, this may include suspending your account or in certain circumstances even deleting your account in it's entirety.

Hateful or Violent Content:

You may not include any content, hyperlinks, image and video that contains or promotes hatred or violence towards or against any groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status and sexual orientation/gender identity.

Private and Confidential Information:

You may not publish any content, hyperlinks, image and video that provides details about people's private and confidential information, such as credit card numbers, passport numbers and driving and other licence numbers. This also applies to any further information covered by the Data Protection Act.

Misleading or Unlawful use of the Service:

You may not publish any content, hyperlinks, image and video that are intended to mislead or does mislead or confuse others. This also includes any dangerous and illegal activities. We will not hesitate to terminate your account report you to the appropriate authorities.

Harvesting, Spam or Viruses:

Anyone found trying to exploit our system for spamming or transmission of malware and viruses will be banned for life. Additionally you may not include any content, hyperlinks, image and video that contains instructions on how to obtain information for the purposes above.

We want everyone to enjoy our free service and to act with a degree of responsibility towards our/their visitors. Most people will never violate any of our terms but for the few that will be warned we have a low tolerance level, and calling the authorities is nothing more than a phone call away!
