Chance to join Elite of game!
NORTH East youngsters are being given a sporting chance to shine on a new regional footballing programme.
Club for the Elite have been encouraging football starlets, irrespective of their ability, to sign up for the programme – which sees them play matches against academy and county teams.
The initiative, geared to boys and girls aged 11-18, gives kids the opportunity to play as part of a team in front of club scouts.

The programme is all about YOU and gives YOU the chance to be spotted by scouts.
It also gives the youngsters the confidence and determination to succeed in the game!

The programme does not offer training or try to poach players from other clubs!!
It is just an opportunity for aspiring players to be noticed – and hopefully take a step towards realising their dream of playing professionally.
If a player does become noticed, Club for the Elite will help him or her progress on to a six-week trial with an academy.
If that proves to be successful, the player could earn a two-year contract.
