Depending on the application our houses have single or double walls and are well insulated. Your house will be fully insulated, very energy efficient, and able to withstand serious winter periods. Our houses comply with all European regulations on energy efficiency for permanent living houses.

FACTORY

Our 1800 m2 factory is 30 km from capital, Vilnius and 2 km from main free way. We have sufficient production capacity to produce high quality houses in a short period and our customers’ delivery requirements (at the moment 150 m3 of glu-lam and laminated wood per month).

EXPERIENCE

Company has professional team with 9 years experience working with wood constructions. We can design houses using AutoCad program, also provide you with strength calculations in accordance with international standards ( Euro code 5/8, ISO or British Standards, for l’Aquila in Italy we calculate in accordance with Euro-8 Seismic standards). Communication possible in English, Italian, French or Russian languages.

WE BUILD ABROAD

We work locally in Lithuania and export houses all over the Europe. During last year we delivered and built houses in Italy, Netherlands, France, Belgium. Also our houses were delivered to Spain, UK and Scandinavia.
Also our head office is in Netherlands, so we can reach all our customers no matter which Europe country it is.

MATERIALS

Our basic delivery kit includes prefabricated wooden structures (log-walls, beams, rafters etc.), details (windows, doors, stairs etc.) and other timber materials (framework, paneling, laths etc.) necessary to complete the house. All the materials conform EU standards and our customers requirements.
