House with a View welcomes you to an environment where you can be initiated in the beauty and uniqueness of a Pelion village crowning the myth of Achilles, and the lively folk art Theophilos Hatzimihail, who lived in the area.
“House with a View” is an independent house, constructed in 1923 and is owned by the original family. The home has been updated with modern necessities, yet retains the traditional style and its village atmosphere and character. The interior welcomes you with its traditional warmth including old traditional ceramics and hand carved wood furniture. Our goal is to give you the feel of a traditional Greek home while you enjoy a wonderful holiday!
The House, consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large, open living/dining area and a balcony that opens up to stunning panoramic views of the Pagasitikos Gulf and city of Volos. There is a large courtyard with outdoor seating and an even more beautiful view of the sea and town- perfect for watching the sun set.
The home’s decoration shows great respect for tradition and elegant taste, combining traditional aesthetics with modern amenities. Thus, the local flavor is combined with a fireplace (with ready cut firewood), TV, DVD player, CD player, mini Hi-Fi, free internet access and local-national calls. In addition, there are books, cd’s music, DVD movies and literature on the Pelion and Volos.
The home also has a well-equipped including: microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, and hot water kettle. Also dishes, glasses, etc.
In an effort to meet the visitor’s local delicacies Volos – Pelion and to feel closer to village life, the hostel offers free local products such as dessert, handmade jam, tsipouro, sausage, tsitsiravla, wine, trachana.
4-6 persons are easily accommodated (families or friends) by using the large, traditional sofas as beds.
Pets are welcome!

Understanding the circumstances of economic crisis and within a framework of respect for all people seeking a few days of rest and relaxation but is more economical way, we tried to shape the values as follows:
