Dirty Angel Films is s full service production company producing our own adult feature films, featuring new talent as well as established and recognized actors.
Backed by an award winning feature film director and a professional crew, the standard and content will rival all of the established production houses and we will also produce our own TV style shows, all with an adult theme.
Dirty Angle Films plan to launch their first batch of titles, 6 in total, at the Erotica show in London in November 2012, including merchandise and PA’s from the stars.
Dirty Angel Films will maximize it’s revenue by selling content on-line, via subscriptions, or one-off sales, plus sell through it’s on-line shop ALL DVD titles in a hard copy. In addition, we also launch our own brand of merchandise, which will tie in to all of our own label productions and will feature heavily the talent we have attached.
Investment is straightforward and priced to be attractive for smaller investors who would like to test the waters before committing more to the company at a later date, providing shares are still available. Each share will be made available at £500 and limited to just 100 shares available. Returns to shareholders will be made every 6 months.
Future plans for development.
Dirty Angel Films will begin the year with an ambitious target of 30 new titles a year, all backed by marketing and promotional items.
Following our first 18 months of production, Dirty Angel Films will launch it’s own TV channel on networks around the world, including PPV in the US, late night on Sky (UK) as well as various territories around the world, allowing us to maximize profits and to develop more than 50 titles a year, search out new and emerging talent as well as continue to work with talent that proves popular with our subscribers.
Dirty Angel Films will also have premium rate telephone numbers for UK subscribers, adding another revenue stream.
On our site, available to monthly subscribers only, is a softer and more entertaining side of the adult industry, to compliment the main stream of income, including our own sex based reality show, advise shows, sex-tutorials and many “how to…” guides, al made under our own label, and intended to maximize our subscribers loyalty.
Traffic and web-pressence.
Recognised adult traffic is bought and sold like any other commodity and we have a recognized partner who has offered favourable rates for supplying us with traffic within days of ‘going live’ and we anticipate to be hitting 10,000 new hits per week, from confirmed adult content enthusiasts. Dirty Angel Films will begin our web-launch with 3rd party content, allowing us to establish ourselves before we launch our own titles in November 2012 and also to cover many of the initial operating costs.
The Business.
The adult industry is the only business that shows continued growth yearly, despite the economic climate and research in the US shows that with the financial pressures around the world, more people are now turning to ‘stay at home’ entertainment than ever before, which is why the time is perfect for Dirty Angel Films to launch this year.
Staffing.
Dirty Angel Films have a trump card. Fronted by an established mainstream film Director, with strong contacts in every area of production and post-production, allows us to be in the position to work with some very strong technicians behind the camera, as well as in the edit suite. Many adult film companies flounder on this aspect, as each day is a learning curve and can prove a costly experience. We are fortunate enough to have an award winning director who is not only driving the content forward and making it look like a much higher set of production values, but also managing the entire distribution network. Our editors, camera operators, sound recordists and make-up artists all have a proven track record within mainstream film, allowing us to trade amongst the established labels from day 1.
Established channels, like Playboy, television X, Hustle etc all boast profits in the millions yearly. Imagine being an initial investor in Playboy when they first started, how much would you have earned now!
This opportunity is limited to a very short time scale, as when we have sold our 100 shares, there will be no more issued, so early shareholders will be in a prome position to benefit from early investment. We are not limiting shares to only one per person and expect interested business people and adult enthusiasts to take advantage and to get as many shares as they chose, strictly on a first come, first served basis.
